Checklist
Refer to
this checklist when scheduling depositions involving Interactive RealTime, legal
videography, or other high-tech components:

Without LiveNote
pre-loaded, the attorney may not be
able to see what the reporter is writing. (We can help
provide software if needed). If the attorney does not
have a laptop computer pre-loaded with LiveNote
software, we may be able to provide a loaner computer
for the deposition. We maintain a limited number of loaner
laptops on any given day -- so please ask in advance.

Whenever possible,
48 hours in advance, please provide
to our office a list of case-specific words including the case
caption, proper names of counsel for all sides, and any
technical words or terms of art for this deposition. Your
efforts will assure a more accurate record at the deposition
site.

If you would like
a printed compressed transcript with time
stamps in the margin, please ask at calendaring. If the
attorney wants a copy of the rough, uncertified transcript
at the end of the deposition, please let us know.
